Sinigang is another favorite of Filipinos. Mang Inasal's sinigang is a good alternative or a side dish to their grilled dish. The milkfish or bangus is already deboned which make it easier to eat. The sour broth is just fine but kids want something more sour (they are used to this taste because that is how their mother cook).

Chicken Inasal I like Mang Inasal's chicken inasal. It is served with Calamansi, sili and you can add Soy sauce for your dip. Optionally you can place some "Chicken Oil" (am i right?) to your rice to enjoy the food more. The chicken inasal taste reminds me of my childhood days when i was able to visit Ilo-ilo city. WHen lechon-manok is not yet popular to people here in LUzon, grilled chicken (chicken inasal) is already a popular streed food in Iloilo. Every night you can buy chicken inasal almost anywhere. If you go to the beach (villa beach and anhawan beach) you can readily buy chicken inasal. It is surely one of my favorite food way back those days and of course up to now. Chicken inasal is marinated in a special mixture of flavoring and herbs which makes its taste different from that of ordinary Chicken Barbecue and Lechon-manok.
shown below are the dips you can use, including calamansi with sili.

At Mang inasal there is always a free soup, usually the soup of Sinigang.

YOu can also enjoy with a glass of Happiness, oh i mean coca-cola

Their pork barbecue also taste good (according to my daughter) you can have the same dip as that of Chicken inasal.

For me, I tried Mang Inasal`s ensaladang talong. It is actually grilled eggplant, peeled, then topped with chopped tomatoes and sauteed bagoong. Hmmm, I love this one
